In the current competitive, dynamic and uncertain context, Marques regards its employees as a fundamental asset to the creation of values and a critical factor to success. Therefore, Marques invests in the continuous training of their boards and still in managing their performance and skills development.

For this purpose, Marques develops Annual Training Plans and implemented a Performance Management System, which aims to make the management of people supported by a model of skills and goal-focused management, assuming that, the higher the satisfaction, the higher the motivation, commitment and productivity.

Employees also have the opportunity to express their opinion on the Organization and Leadership through the Internal Assessment Survey of Climate.

In short, we try hard to materialize the commitment in our Quality Policy, Environment and Safety: We ensure the personal and professional development of our employees by providing them with training, resources, accountability for results and adjusted to performance rewards, both in groups and individually.
